In the morning of, Li said his daughter was in a bad mood, so he watched her on the classroom CCTV monitor outside, to see if she would settle into class or he had to provide her with comfort before he left.
Through the CCTV monitor, he watched in horror and his daughter's teacher hit her with a wooden rod repeatedly, violently shaking her and smothering her head with an apron as the young girl refuses to put it on.
The young girl’s dad then storms into the class before slapping, punching and kicking the teacher in front of a room full of children, before being pulled away by others.
Local authorities arrested both the dad Li and the teacher and said neither party agreed to settle the matter privately, which may have allowed them to avoid criminal charges.
The Kindergarten has dismissed the teacher and she jailed for 12 days and fined her $104 for abuse. She is expected to receive further punishment from the education bureau and could be hit with a lifetime teaching ban.
For attacking the teacher, the young girl's dad Li was jailed for a one week and fined $41.
