A little boy in the soft play area had to be pulled off Willow's neck as he was biting her. Willow's mother Becky claims that the boy "had a big smile on his face and blood all around his mouth".
Becky told The Mirror 'She looks like she's been savaged by a dog, not a child".
After finding the mother of the little boy who had bitten Willow, the mother claimed " 'That's what kids do, that's what kids do!'
Becky took Willow-Ivy to the hospital where she was given an urgent injection for Hepatitis B and treatment for her cuts. She also requires a skin graft on her face.
Doctors believe Willow Ivy's 15 bites came from two different children and have left angry red marks all over her body.
Willow-Ivy received four bite marks on her face, two on her fingers, three on her back, one on her ear, shoulder, wrist, leg and others on her head.
A spokesman for Little Bees told the Mirror: 'We are not a nursery. The children need parental supervision.'
