Preschooler Goes Home With Crack Cocaine From Daycare US DEA

A 4-year-old child went home from daycare and showed her parents the "teeth" she got from another child. After going to the police with the bag of "teeth", detectives confirmed it was crack cocaine.

The Preschooler told her parents that she had put one of the "teeth" into her mouth but quickly spit it out. After finishing it was indeed crack cocaine, the parents rushed the little girl to the hospital where she tested positive to the drug. The Parents were furious "She could have died if she ingested this".

Yvette Joesph of Little Inventors Day Care, New York where the 4-year-old attends claim that someone must have thrown the drugs over the fence and one of the children had found them. "We checked our centre thoroughly and all of the children are safe," Joseph said.

However the parent of the child that brought the drugs home is not satisfied "No one was watching the children," she said. "There are 15 kids in the room with two teachers and two aides, where were they when this was going on?".

Police are investigating the incident as a case of endangering the welfare of children.
