Toy Story Land - Orlando's Hollywood Studios DisneyParks

Disney's Toy Story Land will officially open on 30th June 2018, in Orlando's Hollywood Studios.

With giant sculptures of your favourite Toy Story characters and larger than life detailing throughout the park, the landscaping is intentionally developed to make you feel small.

The main attractions of the new Toy Story Land are 3 new rides:

Slinky Dog Dash - a family friendly roller coast as riders can feel instant weightlessness on the biggest descent. During the ride, the coaster stops move backwards and shoot through a turbocharger like being pulled from a toy car truck. There are also few surprises along the way. The coaster will be a crowd favourite.

Alien Swirling Saucers - Similar to the Tea Cup rid, however,r whips people around more aggressively with music blaring, themes after the toy aliens and Pizza planet. Riders board a rocket to try and be chosen by "the claw".

Toy Story Mania - a 4D shooting game starring the Toy Story characters.

Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie will be meeting guests, Green Army Patrol will move throughout the land enticing guests to play games and challenges. Ride queue lines will also be filled with small nods to the characters, including original packaging and drawings of Andy’s special toys, gathering all things Toy Story.

For foodies, Woody's Toy Box is a quick service food kiosk, offering mouth-watering pastries, sandwiches and yummy snacks. For adults, there are plenty of "grownup" options. The restaurant is in the shape of a giant lunch box, including an old-school thermos.

To remember your time at Toy Story Land, two merchandise cares are offering limited edition shirts, mugs, light up tumblers, Slinky Dog headbands and much more!

All three rides in Toy Story Land take FastPass+ reservations, but you’ll have to choose wisely, as selections are “tiered” and guests can only pick one. FastPasses for Slinky Dog Dash run out quickly, which makes it our top choice; be sure to book exactly 60 days out from the start date of your Walt Disney World, Swan & Dolphin, Disney Springs-area or Four Seasons resort hotel reservation, otherwise, you may get scooped. (Guests with tickets or annual passes allowing booking 30 days in advance should check back often in hopes of finding a cancellation.)

Whether or not you can reserve your spot in line, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is making it easier to experience the land in the coming months by extending its operating hours and adding Extra Magic Hours both in the morning and at night.
